We accept payment via direct bank transfer or PayPal.

The item price is inclusive of any UK taxes and the shipping cost includes postage and packing. There is generally a shipping discount when 2 or more items are ordered together. Occasionally the shipping cost is calculated at a cost higher than we can post the item(s) for. Under these circumstances we will refund you the difference.

Limited edition prints are shipped in tubes using Royal Mail Airsure for international orders wherever possible, otherwise by Royal Mail International Signed For. For orders within the UK, parcels are sent by Royal Mail Signed For. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Royal Mail Airsure offers online tracking and confirmation of delivery. Generally, delivery times range from 1 day within the UK, 2 days for Western Europe, 3 days for Eastern Europe and 4 days for everywhere else although there may be seasonal variations (e.g. Christmas!!).

When ordering goods from us for delivery outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return the items to us for a refund. However, we regret we are unable to refund the shipping costs.

Giclee prints are produced to order so please allow 7 working days for a print to be produced and despatched.
